When can I find the DDI Support Chatbot?
Answer
The DDI Support Chatbot is always located in the lower-right corner of the DDI Support Portal.
Once selected, the chat window will expand.
From there, you can ask the DDI Support chatbot any question related to services, knowledge and support.
