What should I do if my computer or tablet froze during my Assessment simulation?

If the device you are using crashes mid-assessment, you will not have to restart the assessment from the beginning. Once the device is running again, please follow these steps:

  1. Relaunch your simulation using the link provided to you in the Assessment invitation.
  2. Log back into Pinpoint.
  3. Select the simulation link, and then the "start" button.
    • You will be taken back to where you previously exited the simulation.
