If the device you are using crashes
mid-assessment, you will not have to restart the assessment from the beginning.
Once the device is running again, please follow these steps:
- Relaunch your simulation
using the link provided to you in the Assessment invitation.
- Log back into Pinpoint.
- Select the simulation link,
and then the "start" button.
- You will be taken back
to where you previously exited the simulation.
