Will I get updates about my support ticket, regardless of how I opened it?

Yes. Whether you called, emailed, chatted or used a DDI Support Portal ticket form, you will received email notifications each time a meaningful update is made to your ticket. This includes "troubleshooting" tickets as well as Services that you have submitted via the DDI Support Portal. The first notification will be sent to you when the ticket is opened. It will provide you with a DDI Support ticket number, you can use this as a reference if you need to ask for an update at any time.
