Why do I see a "Log In" option in the DDI Support Portal even when I am logged in?

This is a good question and the DDI Support Portal team understands that this may be confusing. Because we aim to provide the best service to all DDI Customers, multiple log in options need to be available to accommodate different types of DDI Support Portal accounts. The "Log in" options you see in the portal are static links to a page which provides options for each customer type to allow the most friction-free experience possible.
