Issue:
The simulation/preparation section is grayed out and will not allow you to continue forward.
Cause:
Your simulation has not been scheduled through Once Hub.
Resolution:
The invitation email for your assessment should provide a link to schedule your simulation. Go through the steps in the link. Please allow 48 hours for our system to process the scheduling.
