Qualtrics Survey and Assessment Report Emails

 

DDI (Development Dimensions International) utilizes a third-party vendor survey system, Qualtrics, for several types of programs.  Qualtrics as DDI’s data processor is fully covered under DDI’s Privacy Policy.  

 

Programs utilizing Qualtrics include:

  1. Impact Evaluation – Client organization associates provide feedback via Qualtrics survey regarding the impact DDI’s Leadership Programs have had on organizational success.
  2. Workshop Evaluations – Client organization associates provide feedback via Qualtrics survey regarding the quality of DDI training workshops.
  3. Pre-Training Assessments – Client organization associates respond to a short assessment via Qualtrics survey and receive results via Qualtrics email.
  4. Other types of data collection via Qualtrics survey including Job Analysis, Leadership Needs Analysis, and Execution Audits.

Note that DDI will only distribute survey links for programs listed above.  DDI will not contact your employees outside the scope of these programs.

 

In order to ensure that your organization is able to participate in the programs above, associates will need to receive emails from Qualtrics.  Please ensure your IT department allowlists (i.e., adds to approved senders list) the following prior to program launch:

  • Domain: @ddisurveys.com
    • If specific email addresses are required for your organizations approved sender list, please use: noreply@ddisurveys.com

In order for associate to access the Qualtrics surveys, associates will need to access:

  • URLs with host name: https://ddi.az1.qualtrics.com/
