My Assessment is skipping the "Assessment" Phase when attempting to start the simulation

 

Issue:

My Manager Ready assessment process skips the assessment and goes straight to the Post-Assessment Survey.

 

Cause:

This is due to trying to take your assessment outside of their scheduled assessment window

 

Solution:

  1. For assistance getting your Manager Ready assessment rescheduled, contact DDI Support using this Knowledge Article. "How to contact DDI Support"
  2. Please provide your name, email address, and organization name and the next available DDI Support Representative will be able to assist.
