When I Try to Download a File, I Get a "Couldn't Download - No Permissions" Message

 

 

Situation:

Whenever I try to download a file I get a "Couldn't Download - No Permissions" error:

 

Cause:

This is caused by a known error with Microsoft Edge on Microsoft's side and usually affects all websites

 

Solution:

  1. Use another browser (such as Google Chrome or Mozilla FireFox) to download your files
  2. Reach out to your organization's IT Department for further assistance
