What should I do if I encounter an "Error Code 400" message?

Error Code 400

Reporting the problem:

  1. Please take a screenshot of the error message you got, it should look similar to the following screenshot:

  1. Open a ticket, using this DDI Support Portal (link on the right-hand side of this page.
  2. Please include the following information.
  • Email address
  • Company name
  • Attach the screenshot of the error
  • Name of the process you were completing when the error took place
  1. Once you have submitted your ticket one of our support agents will get in contact with you about this issue.
