- Please take a screenshot of the error message you got, it should look similar to the following screenshot:

- Open a ticket, using this DDI Support Portal (link on the right-hand side of this page.
- Please include the following information.
- Email address
- Company name
- Attach the screenshot of the error
- Name of the process you were completing when the error took place
- Once you have submitted your ticket one of our support agents will get in contact with you about this issue.
