The My Development page contains all of your assigned items and things you've chose to enroll in to enhance your learning.
Assignments
On the Assignments tab, you'll see all items that have been assigned to you.
For each item you can see the title and description of the item, the time estimated to complete the item, and the start button.
If you've started the item, you'll see an indicator to the left of the image indicating how much of the item you've completed.
Enrollments
On the Enrollments tab, you'll see all items that you've chosen to enroll in. These are items you've selected from the Discover page.
