Can I add a screenshot or attachment to forms and tickets that I'm submitting in the DDI Support Portal?

Answer

The answer to both of these is "YES!" you can simply copy and paste a screenshot or other image into any text box that has formatting options at the top.

Most forms also have an "Attachments" section located at the bottom of the form. If your attachment is a file other than an image, use the Attachment feature to include your document.
