What can I find using the DDI Support Portal global search?
Answer
The DDI Support Portal global search bar is located on the header of all DDI Support Portal pages.
It enables you to search the Knowledge Base and Service Catalog.
When you begin to type, predictive text will return the best 5 responses for you to click on directly within the search bar.
Lightbulb icons represent Knowledge articles. Compass icons represent Services.
If you need to extend your search, continue typing your entire prompt and select the magnifying glass to bring up the Search Page with full search results.
