How can I follow up on a ticket that I've opened with DDI Support?
Answer
There are a few options for you to ask for an update, provide a comment or check status of a ticket that you've opened with DDI Support.
- Reply the email notification that DDI Support (support@ddiworld.com) sent to you. This email has automatic routing built into it which will update your ticket and notify the associate responsible that you are looking for an update.
- Check your ticket on the DDI Support Portal. To do this, first log into your DDI Support Portal account, then select
Services, and then in the header of the DDI Support Portal.

Once there, you will be presented with a filter to aid in your search, as well as a list of your current active tickets.

You can click on the Title of any ticket to see it's details, add to email alerts or provide a comment, question or update.
