Situation
When involved in a survey through Profiling Online, users may be asked to submit a list of raters to the system. This is a list of individuals that the participant would like to give feedback through a survey. Sometimes users will encounter an error after submitting their list that says, "One of the emails is formatted incorrectly. Please correct the email address to submit." The user will then be unable to submit the list.
Solution
Double-check each email address that has been entered to ensure that they are entered correctly and that each email is written in the '@domain.com' order. Once this is corrected, the user should then be able to submit the form and move forward in the process.
