This is due to the limitations of Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge as .pdf viewers.

Please open the file with Adobe Acrobat or your organization's supported .pdf viewer.

When your .pdf viewer supports the scoring feature you will notice the scoring bubbles will be dark and filled in.
