Issue :
Simulation desktop video is buffering. The video won't play and keeps stopping and starting.

Solution:
If your simulation video keeps stopping or is playing slowly, please try these tips:
- Verify that you are not using your corporate VPN
- Close all other programs and windows NOT related to your assessment.
- Delete your internet browser cache/browsing data then close the browser. Re-open the browser and reenter the assessment.

4. Try a different internet browser.
