Solution:

If your simulation video keeps stopping or is playing slowly, please try these tips:

  1. Verify that you are not using your corporate VPN
  2. Close all other programs and windows NOT related to your assessment.
  3. Delete your internet browser cache/browsing data then close the browser. Re-open the browser and reenter the assessment.
