LeaderLab Known Issues - September 3, 2025

Below is a list of current LeaderLab known issues that have been prioritized from Medium to Highest. A known issue is a documented defect or unexpected behavior in the platform that has been identified but not yet resolved. We've provided this list to to help make DDI Internal users aware of known issues to avoid duplicate reporting and to inform support or customer communications as needed. These items will be fixed in upcoming releases.

 

Participant Progress & Status

  • H2040-5796: Course completion status not updating on participant's development page.

  • H2040-5579 : Participant asset completion percentage is incorrect.

  • H2040-5246 : Program status does not update after asset completion.

Content Library

  • H2040-6909: Unable to download "Upload" folder under Derivative Files.

  • H2040-6666: Derivative Files folder not displaying due to capitalized enterprise name in subscription packages.

User Interface / Usability

  • H2040-6401 : Accessing expired bookmarked link causes infinite redirect loop.

  • H2040-6183: Some resource images do not display on participant feed.

  • H2040-5361: Assessment-type icons are not displaying.

  • H2040-5188: Enable button missing on Discover page in light mode (all browsers).
