LeaderLab Known Issues - September 18, 2025

Below is a list of current LeaderLab known issues that have been prioritized from Medium to Highest. A known issue is a documented defect or unexpected behavior in the platform that has been identified but not yet resolved. We've provided this list to to help make DDI Internal users aware of known issues to avoid duplicate reporting and to inform support or customer communications as needed. These items will be fixed in upcoming releases.

 

Participant Experience

  • H2040-5796: Course completion status not updating on user’s development page.

  • H2040-5579: Participant asset completion percentage does not match expected values.

User Interface & Navigation

  • H2040-6401: Accessing an expired bookmarked link results in an infinite redirect loop.

  • H2040-5361: Icons are not rendered for some content items.

  • H2040-6183: Some resource images are not displaying on the participant feed.
