Cause:
This is an ongoing issue and the content team is looking into the future status of this course.
Solution:
- At the moment, there is no "fix" because this was created by a 3rd party and they no longer support the software and we (DDI) do not have access to the software either.
- You can provide the attached document that can be shared with clients in the event that this issue rises again
