Settings & Best Practices

  • If your company uses a firewall to block websites, allow the following domains:
    • *.ddiworld.com
    • *.kaltura.com (for video delivery)
    • *.polyv.net (for video delivery for users in China)
    • dditest.ddichina.cn (for users in China, email messages are sent from this domain)
  • Some elements may require a .pdf viewer.
  • Some elements require the use of your device’s audio (speakers or auxiliary headphones).
  • For best results
    • Ensure the pop-up blocker in your browser is disabled. The pop-up blocker must be disabled to complete simulation activities.
    • Ensure content blockers are disabled for *.ddiworld.com.
    • Ensure JavaScript in your browser is enabled.
    • If prompted, grant access to the microphone to record voice responses.
    • Use a broadband internet connection.
  • Executive Assessment activities require the use of a webcam and microphone and the ability to access online meetings using Microsoft® Teams.
