Answer
If the My Pathway report lists the same competencies under "Confident" & "Less Confident" the report is still valid.
Based upon the participant's responses the system determined the leadership competency is both a strength and a learning opportunity.
The My Pathway assessment is both a single data point and a starting point in the participant's leadership journey.
