Here are some troubleshooting steps to take:
- Close your browser, login to Pinpoint via an incognito browser window, then try relaunching your assessment
- Login to Pinpoint using another browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox) then try relaunching your assessment
- Login to Pinpoint using a personal (non-organization owned) device then try relaunching your assessment
