How to Clear DDI Site Date (Cache and Cookies) on Each Browser
On Google Chrome
1. Please logout of Pinpoint and log back into Pinpoint before trying the below steps.
1. If your Pinpoint experience is still not optimal please proceed with the remaining steps below:
2. Click on the 3 dots Google Chrome settings menu in the upper right-hand corner:

- Click on Settings:

- Click the Privacy and security tab (has a shield icon):

- Click on Site settings:

- Click View permissions and data stored across sites:

- Find ddiworld.com and click the trash can icon (please note you may need to search for it):

- Click Delete:

- Please close your Google Chrome browser and relaunch it before logging into Pinpoint
On Microsoft Edge
1. Please logout of Pinpoint and log back into Pinpoint before trying the below steps.
1. If your Pinpoint experience is still not optimal please proceed with the remaining steps below:
2. Click on the 3 horizontal dots on the top right corner:

- Click on Settings:

- Click on Cookies and site permissions on the left sidebar:

- Click on Cookies and site data:

- Click on See all cookies and site data:

- Click the dropdown icon for ddiworld.com:

- Click on the trash can icon for each entry under ddiworld.com respectively:

- Please note you may have more or less ddiworld.com site entries than shown in the example above
- Please close your Google Chrome browser and relaunch it before logging into Pinpoint
On Mozilla Firefox

Please logout of Pinpoint and log back into Pinpoint before trying the below steps.
1. If your Pinpoint experience is still not optimal please proceed with the remaining steps below:
- Click on the three horizontal lines on the upper right-hand corner:

- Click on Settings:

- Click on Privacy and Security:

- Scroll down to Cookies and Site Data then click on Manage Data:

- Click on ddiworld.com:

- Click on Remove Selected:

- Click on Save Changes:

- Click on Remove:

- Please close and relaunch your Mozilla Firefox browser before logging into Pinpoint again
On Safari
- Please logout of Pinpoint and log back into Pinpoint before trying the below steps.
1. If your Pinpoint experience is still not optimal please proceed with the remaining steps below:
- On the keyboard, press Command+Y
- Open Safari Preferences: Launch Safari and go to "Safari" in the menu bar, then select "Preferences".
- Navigate to Privacy: Within the Preferences window, click on the "Privacy" tab.
- Manage Website Data: Locate the "Manage Website Data..." button and click it.
- Clear Website Data:
- Remove Specific Website Data: Select the website from the list and click "Remove" to delete its data (cache, cookies, etc.). .
- Confirm: Confirm the deletion by clicking "Remove Now" if prompted
