Whenever I Try to Access TS: Access I Get a "This Site Can't Be Reached" Error

 

 

Issue:

Whenever I try to access TS: Access I get a "This site can’t be reached tsaccess.ddiworld.com’s server IP address could not be found" error

 

Cause:

This is due to TS: Access being sunset (no longer an available DDI product offering) in August 2023

 

Solution:

  1. Please reach out to your DDI Account Representative to discuss other potential solutions for your organization
