My Pathway: Leadership Core Post-Assessment FAQ.

My Pathway: Leadership Core : Viewing Your Self-assessment Report and Recommendations

When you’ve finished taking the self-assessment a report detailing your results is generated. If you’re on the last page of your assessment, to view your report you would click Next.

If you’re on the DDI Lead page, click Reports & Progress. Then click View Report.

The report is broken out into the following categories

  • Your Personality

    • Outlines your personality type (or types) based on the responses you provided.
    • You can also review other personality types.
  • Your Skills

    • Outlines the skills you identified as feeling more or less confident about.

Once you’ve reviewed your report, you can navigate to your DDI Lead recommendations. To see the items that have been recommended for you:

  1. Scroll to the bottom of your Self-assessment Report.
  2. Under the Your Skills section, in the What’s Next? section, click See Recommendations.

This page displays items that are recommended for you based on the responses you provided during the assessment. To get started, click any item.

My Pathway: Leadership Core : Sharing Your Results and Progress

Unfortunately, My Pathway: Leadership Core does not have a built-in method of sharing your results with others. If you’d like to share your results and progress with others in your organization, you can take a screen capture of the information.

  1. On your DDI Lead page, click Report & Progress
  2. On the Reports & Progress page you can access your Assessment Report, view the top leadership skills you’ve learned, the number of items you’ve completed, and the time you’ve time spent learning.

  1. Navigate to the information you’d like to share and take a screen capture using the Print Screen button on your keyboard on Windows, or by pressing shift+command+3 on Mac. You can save this screen capture to your computer or device, then share it with others in your organization.
