1.      Please logout of Pinpoint and log back into Pinpoint before trying the below steps. 

1.      If your Pinpoint experience is still not optimal please proceed with the remaining steps below:

2.      Click on the 3 dots Google Chrome settings menu in the upper right-hand corner:

3. Click on Settings:

4. Click the Privacy and security tab (has a shield icon):

5. Click on Site settings:

6. Click View permissions and data stored across sites:

7. Find ddiworld.com and click the trash can icon (please note you may need to search for it):

8. Click Delete:

9. Please close your Google Chrome browser and relaunch it
